As SİES Saç ve Kozmetikür San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Hairex” or the “Company”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about how the personal data you submit through www.hairex.com.tr are processed.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity: full name
- Contact: phone number
- Request details: the branch you select; if you fill in the detailed form, your degree of hair loss and how and when you would like to be contacted
- Transaction security: IP address, browser information, the page and time of submission
- Website usage: only if you accept cookies, page visits and on-site interactions via Google Analytics (your name and phone number are never sent to Google)
Information on the degree of hair loss may qualify as health data and is therefore processed only on the basis of the explicit consent you give in the form. Providing it is optional.
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving your free hair analysis request, calling you or contacting you via WhatsApp, and scheduling an appointment,
- Forwarding your request to the Hairex branch you selected,
- Informing you about a suitable hair system solution,
- Keeping records of requests, ensuring information security and preventing misuse of the forms (spam),
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities,
- If you accept cookies, measuring and improving the use of the website.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data are collected electronically through the application forms and cookies on the website, and processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract for the service you request (Art. 5/2-c),
- Compliance with the Company's legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç),
- The Company's legitimate interests — information security and prevention of misuse — provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f),
- Your explicit consent for hair loss information, transfer to our branch abroad and analytics cookies (Art. 5/1, Art. 6 and Art. 9).
5. Transfer of personal data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to:
- the Hairex branch you selected, which will handle your request,
- our website hosting and e-mail service providers,
- public authorities legally entitled to request them.
If you select the Baku branch, your data are transferred to our branch in Azerbaijan so that your request can be handled; if you accept cookies, website usage data are transferred abroad to Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) servers. These transfers are based on your explicit consent.
6. Retention period
Requests submitted through the website are kept for 2 year(s) from the date of submission and are deleted automatically at the end of this period. If a service contract is concluded following your request, the related records are kept for the statutory retention periods. Cookie durations are listed in our Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the Company, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data are processed and request information if so,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data are transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom data were transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
8. How to apply
You may send your requests, together with information verifying your identity, by e-mail to hairex.istanbul@hairex.com.tr or in writing to Halaskargazi Cad. No:226 Çifkurt Apt. K:5 D:9 Şişli / İstanbul, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
